Shipping & Returns
Daylee offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. The minimum order value must be $75 before taxes, shipping and handling.
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be received by Daylee within 30 days of your order's shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags still attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Carefully review our Non-Returnables Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
The following items are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- All sale items, these cannot be returned or exchanged
- Any accessory items, including all jewelry and belts
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 91312 San Diego California US 92169.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
