1.) When will I get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from our office within 2 business days. Delivery will vary based on your distance from our office (San Diego, CA), but our standard is usually 5-7 business days, or you can choose the 2-3 day shipping as a quicker option. 

2.) What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB

3.) What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?

Please email us immediately at info@shopdaylee.com with the subject line  "WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS". In the body of the email please be sure to include your name, order number and the correct address. 

4.) What if something is out of stock?

Items are constantly updating, but feel free to email us at info@shopdaylee.com. Use the subject line "OUT OF STOCK" and detail the item you are hoping to buy, we will get back to you with specifics of that item and details on it being restocked.
